Willow Montessori Academy is committed to maintaining its leadership in Montessori education. Our mission as educators and parents is to foster independent, confident, academically prepared, and socially responsible citizens, who will be lifelong learners and problem solvers.  We will grow and evolve to meet the needs of our children, parents and community.  Parents and guardians are encouraged to work with the school in the spirit of collaboration to support the child’s educational journey.  Admission process begins with you.  To be considered for admissions, families must complete the following steps:

Admission Procedures

1. Book a Tour Form

Navigate over to our Connect With Us tab and fill out your information under "Book A Tour With Us"  you will receive an auto generated welcome email from us with a questionnaire, please reply to us with the questions answered. Once we receive your answers and feel like you are a right fit for Willow Montessori Academy, then we book your tour.  

 

2.  School Visit

Tours and observations are available by appointment and scheduled Tuesday and Wednesday at 9:30AM-10:30AM via Zoom only. In person tours are scheduled on Tuesdays only at 7:15AM.  At this time you will visit with the Head of School and have the opportunity to learn about the Montessori work cycle.

3.  Submit Admissions Application

Complete the admissions application and return the application form accompanied by the fees associated with the admission process.  Applications are reviewed and interviews are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. We strongly recommend applying as early as possible or getting on our wait-list.

4.  Admission Interview 

Families will be invited by the Admissions Office to visit the school. Your interview and child's visit will be scheduled only after the school has received a complete application. All prospective students must attend the school visit as they will have an opportunity to explore their classroom and meet their teacher.  The interview process is 45 minutes.

5.  Admission Acceptance 

After you receive the acceptance letter to Willow Montessori Academy, you will receive an Enrollment Agreement which must be dropped off to the school with a non-refundable tuition deposit within two weeks of acceptance.

If a place is not immediately available, you may wish to be placed on our wait list. 

Wait list fees apply. Please note when you are put on the wait list, a spot is not guaranteed until one comes available. Wait list fee is non-refundable.
