Willow Montessori Academy is committed to maintaining its leadership in Montessori education. We will grow and evolve to meet the needs of our children, parents and community. Parents and guardians are encouraged to work with the school in the spirit of collaboration to support the child’s educational journey. Admission process begins with you. To be considered for admissions, families must complete the following steps:
1. School Visit
Tours and observations are available by appointment and scheduled Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 11:00 am. Please call the office to schedule. At this time you will visit with the
Head of School and have the opportunity to learn about the Montessori work cycle.
2. Submit Admissions Application
Complete the admissions application and return the application form accompanied by the $50 application fee (non-refundable). Applications are reviewed and interviews are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. We strongly recommend applying as early as possible.
3. Admission Interview
Families will be invited by the Admissions Office to visit the school. Your interview and child's visit will be scheduled only after the school has received a complete application. All prospective students must attend the school visit as they will have an opportunity to explore their classroom and meet their teacher. The interview process is 45 minutes.
4. Admission Acceptance
After you receive the acceptance letter to Willow Montessori Academy, you will receive an Enrollment Agreement which must be dropped off to the school with a non-refundable tuition deposit within two weeks of acceptance.
